1. Returns
Eligible for Return
You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
- The return request is initiated within the return window.
Non-returnable items
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [your email address] with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product to the provided return address at your own cost unless the item was faulty or wrongly delivered.
3. Refunds
Refund Method
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g. item returned damaged or used).
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the desired size or style.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
